  1. We have an authentication process at KipMeFit that ensures that the products delivered to you are of the highest quality. We strive to make sure that you are satisfied with our products.
  2. We will provide a product replacement/refund or credit note based on the below conditions only: –
  1. Product received is damaged during transit.
  2. Product received is not the one ordered.
  3. The received item is past its expiry date.
  1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to any of the above reasons, you can return the product for an exchange, credit note or full refund subject to the below conditions: –
  1. Items MUST be returned in their original packaging untampered and in an unused state. We strongly advise you inspect your order as soon as it is delivered to you as we are not able to accept returned products that have been opened or used OR if the product packaging and/or packaging box and/or packaging seal has been tampered with.
  2. Valid original receipt which was contained inside your package must be availed.
  3. Items should be returned within 48 hours from the time of purchase.
  1. If the product to be returned does not meet the above conditions, we will regrettably be unable to accept your return. Also, we will not be able to accept your return if: –
  1. You simply change your mind
  2. You bought an item by mistake by picking the wrong product
  1. To request for a return, simply email us your order details, including the reason you are requesting for a return to
  2. All replacements/credit notes shall be done within 24 hours of receiving the request.
    • Refunds shall be processed within one (1) business day.
    • We will only process refund request received within 48 hours (2 days) of initial payment.
    • Refund will only be processed once the product reaches and is inspected by our team.


Kindly note it is the responsibility of the customer upon receiving the delivery to confirm the product ordered is correct and in good condition (including expiry date).
